|More exciting news! George has just become the youngest recipient of the prestigious Gilmore Young Artist Award. This award is presented every two years to two American pianists under age 22 who have been deemed by the Gilmore Artistic Advisory Committee and Director to show exceptional promise. This differs from a standard competition in that candidates for the GYAA are not notified of their consideration and are judged discreetly over a period of time. George is extremely honored and thankful for this generous award. More information may be found on the Gilmore website.|
