George Li makes his debut at the Festival International de Colmar on 14 July 2018, performing alongside the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under the baton of Vladimir Spivakov. The programme features Rachmaninov Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No.1.
The following week Li returns to Verbier for the festival’s opening concert. Performing under the baton of Valery Gergiev, Li is the soloist in Mendelssohn Piano Concerto No.1. Last year, Li gave a critically acclaimed performance of Lizst Piano Concerto No.1:
